This page explains what we do with personal information you send us through this website. The short version: we only receive what you choose to send us, and we only use it to answer you and fulfil your order.
What we receive
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or the form on this site, we receive what you send: your name, company, contact details, the message itself, and any files you attach such as Gerber data. We do not ask for anything we do not need in order to quote and produce your order.
What is collected automatically
Nothing. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no advertising or tracking scripts. Your language preference is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs for security and performance.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, produce and ship your order, and keep the records we are required to keep. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only where necessary to complete your order — for example passing your delivery address and phone number to the courier — or where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. We keep production files on record so that a repeat order needs nothing but your order number; ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the EU or UK these rights come from the GDPR; if you are in California, from the CCPA. We apply the same standard to everyone.
